Chef Tiffany

Earlier today I watched a YouTube video on an Indian dish. I thought it looked way enough so I have it a shot. I didn't have all the ingredients so I just used what I had on hand
-curry leaves
-ginger leaves
-couple garlic cloves
-cumin and pepper
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
-2 flounder cut in peices
This was relatively easy and can put pretty good. I had some coconut ginger rice hiding in he cabinet I paired it with. I will have to link the video a little later
